Philanthropy and volunteer leadership have been a key part of my annual goal setting process. I volunteer at least once each month, and get great joy from helping others in my community - whether it's those who are hungry, those who could use mentoring, or those who could benefit from learning.

This spreadsheet helped to quantify the amount of time devoted to each task and system. From these insights, I identified ways to use certain systems for multiple tasks and streamline processes. It's often helpful to take a look at what we're spending our time doing as entrepreneurs, and what we may be able to delegate or eliminate.

With travel beginning to return since the COVID-19 pandemic I have added N-95 masks and travel size hand sanitizer to my packing list!
