Give Something Back to your Community: Volunteer Leadership - 2024

Philanthropy and volunteer leadership have been a key part of my annual goal setting process. I volunteer at least once each month, and get great joy from helping others in my community - those who could use mentoring, or those who could benefit from learning. 2024 led to some of my work being in person and some continuing to be virtual.
Here are a few examples of how I have given back this year.
Coaching.com Executive Coaching Summit: I am a facilitator for WBECS pre-summit and Summit in 2023, leading 12+ debrief workshops for participants from around the world.
Massachusetts Conference for Women: I volunteer by providing pro-bono coaching though International Coach Federation - New England (ICFNE) with Mass Conference for Women for many women and those who identify as women.
MA LGBT Chamber of Commerce: I facilitated a workshop on LGBTQ+ Emotional Intelligence to help support the building of these skills and competencies with members.
Granite State Learning and Organizational Development Round Table: As the founder and co-chair of this 14 year-old professional association, I have led annual planning, scheduling of meetings, managing membership, and serving as the spokesperson for the group. This organization is free to members and my management of this group is voluntary.
